  • Looking for something extraordinary? ADG Architects enjoys creating beautiful and fresh designs and concepts for sites. Sketch design is also the stage where clients give valuable feedback and the design is agreed upon before taking it to council.

  • ADG Architects has a long history of connecting developers and land owners to produce mutually beneficial outcomes. We are constantly looking at potential sites for our clients to see if state and council regulations allow for the scope of work necessary.

  • Building projects are complicated and require finesse to co-ordinate all the disciplines required to create a project. ADG Architects has great experience in project management and can deal with projects of all sizes.

  • ADG Architects can assist you with your DA and planning submissions for your local government agency. In NSW, all developments require consent under the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). This submission consists of standard application forms, supporting technical reports and plans.

  • ADG Architects will work with you to fulfil your DA Checklist. These checklists are used to assist you when preparing your development application and associated documents.

  • Before you start any building or construction work, you’ll need to apply for a construction certificate (CC). ADG Architects has extensive knowledge of the application process for Construction Certificates and can help you navigate the process smoothly.

  • ADG Architects can assist in the development and lodging of your tender documents. Tender Documents are a necessity and detail the schedule of works, calendar of events, requirement of goods and services, technical specifications, procurement criteria and such other particulars, as needed for a project.
